The location was fantastic! so close to everything like attractions and eateries! Breakfast was delicious (especially the lovely sausages)! Our room was very tidy and well-decorated.
Could improve the sound insulation, as some street noise was noticeable at night.

The full English breakfast here is a culinary highlight that really fills you up for the day. Its close proximity to the beach allows for easy access to sun and sand, while the vibrant community atmosphere adds a special touch to the experience.
The shower situation really needs some attention. One guest reported it only released hot water and trickled out. There are plumbing issues too, as another mentioned dirty water coming up from the shower plughole when using the sink. Street noise could be bothersome at night, possibly affecting your sleep. Parking options aren’t great either, as paying for spots can be a hassle, especially if you're traveling with family. Finally, while the place is clean, the room sizes might not meet expectations for those looking for more space.

Wonderful stay with a homey touch
I had a fantastic experience, with the owners warmly welcoming guests and readily sharing local insights that enriched our visit. The home-cooked full English breakfast was a highlight, featuring quality ingredients that set it apart from typical hotel offerings. Rooms were impressively modern and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. While the location is superb, it can get a bit noisy on weekends due to street activity.

A wonderfully clean and friendly place just a stone's throw from the beach and shops. The full English breakfast was a highlight, prepared with high-quality ingredients, and the owners were exceptionally accommodating. The only downside was the additional parking fee, but the overall warmth of the environment made it feel like a true home away from home.

My stay was lovely, with the owner going above and beyond to help with breakfast and ensuring my room had all the comforts, including a TV and tea-making facilities. There are relaxing spots around to enjoy some quiet time, and the decor creates such a cozy vibe. The only minor issue was a bit of noise at night, but it didn’t take away from how great everything else was! 😊
